Red Hat Co-operative Ltd.
Expansion of a produce warehouse and packaging facility. Complete mechanical design was implemented, and the installed mechanical systems included gas-fired heating, warehouse humidification, refrigeration equipment for the warehouse, plumbing, gas roof-mounted heating and cooling equipment, and a building mechanical automation system. Subcontractor services covered mechanical controls, mechanical insulation, fire protection, and refrigeration.

Global Fusion Coating Inc.
Complete mechanical design for an industrial equipment supplier, incorporating the installation of comprehensive mechanical systems. This includes hydronic heating for the shop’s in-floor heating, ventilation systems for the powder coating oven and sandblasting booth, a compressed air system, and a heat recovery ventilation system for the compressor room. Additionally, there is office heating and cooling with conventional air handling equipment.

Complete mechanical design for a welding/fabrication shop, with the installation of comprehensive mechanical systems. This includes hydronic heating for the paint booth, ventilation systems for the paint booth and welding shop, plumbing, gas office heating, and cooling systems. Additionally, a heat recovery compressor room ventilation system is implemented.
